As a Clinical Nurse, you will:

• Implement physician orders, administer medications, and perform necessary treatments and procedures while ensuring thorough documentation in line with company policies and regulations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to effectively identify and assess patient conditions.
• Assess and evaluate patient needs and responses to the care provided.
• Utilize sound nursing judgment in all patient care management decisions.
• Provide primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Administer over-the-counter and prescription medications as directed.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement a comprehensive Plan of Care for all patients.
• Guide and oversee ancillary personnel while maintaining high standards of professional nursing practice.
