Per Diem Clinical Nurse - Med/Surg

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assessing, coordinating, planning, and directing patient care throughout their hospital stay, ensuring progress towards a successful discharge.
• Managing the delivery of care by collaborating with the caregiving team to provide competent and compassionate support.
• Creating a positive and caring environment for patients, families, and colleagues through kindness and active listening.
• Participating in performance and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction.
• Demonstrating excellent service skills by communicating effectively with patients, visitors, and team members.
• Fostering a collaborative work environment, demonstrating teamwork, and encouraging open communication.
• Ensuring a safe environment for patients and visitors by adhering to established protocols and procedures.
• Managing resources responsibly to maintain a hospitable environment and address departmental finances.
