Responsibilities

As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the physician in evaluating patients' functional levels and developing tailored treatment plans.
• Guiding and instructing patients in therapeutic and self-care activities aimed at improving their independence and overall functioning.
• Educating patients and their families on the use of prosthetic and assistive devices to ensure optimal use.
• Participating in performance improvement activities and discharge planning.
• Implementing Age-Friendly Care principles, focusing on What Matters to the patient, Medications, Mentation, and Mobility.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in your state of practice with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Active CPR Certification.
• Possession of a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and a clean driving record.
