About the Role:
As the personal assistant you will be a key player in our business operations, your role will be integral to managing a variety of essential tasks to keep things running smoothly. You'll assist our leadership team of our NSW Remedial and Façade business unit. Working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure operations meet the highest of standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a professional, positive representation of our brand when interacting with employees, stakeholders, clients, and visitors.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel, while ensuring optimal use of time with proper preparation, documents, and presentations.
- Review and manage incoming emails, documents, and meeting requests, proactively assisting with actions.
- Manage logistics for events, conferences, and travel arrangements, ensuring smooth execution of all activities.
- Prepare business plans, correspondence, reports, and presentations in line with our company reporting schedule.
- Offer assistance with various admin tasks, including managing corporate gifts, organising travel, and preparing for new starters.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manage relationships to ensure successful business and event delivery.
- Support projects that improve operations and increase business efficiency.
- Foster collaboration and teamwork to solve problems and share knowledge.
- Embrace change with a positive attitude and open-minded approach.
- Take responsibility for actions, follow through on commitments, and push through challenges.
About You
- Exceptional organisational, time management, and prioritisation skills.
- High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in documentation and presentations.
- Initiative-driven, with a focus on identifying and solving problems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with business systems and software such as InDesign, HR, and expense management tools.
- Up to date with industry knowledge and trends.
- A qualification in Business Administration or Marketing is desirable.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar support role, particularly in the construction industry or related fields.
