Physical Therapist (PT) - Pediatrics (School-based)

A nonprofit services organization in New York City is actively seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for a great opportunity for the upcoming new year in the Bronx, providing therapy to children in a preschool setting.

About the Opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 8am to 3:30pm (35-hour work week with 30-minute unpaid lunch)

• Implementing the physical therapy intervention plan
• Evaluating children and planning intervention
• Documenting services and maintaining records
• Ensuring compliance with ethical and practice standards
• Maintaining equipment and working areas

• Master's Degree in Physical Therapy
• NYS Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Experience/training in Pediatrics
• Knowledge of Physical Therapy standards
• Strong documentation skills
• Effective communication skills
• Team collaboration skills
• Problem-solving skills

• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Experience with IDD population
• Experience working with children with Behavioral Issues
