Your Role:
- Deliver exceptional physical therapy treatment and patient care in line with hospital, state, and federal guidelines.
- Lead and supervise physical therapist assistants and technicians, ensuring the highest standard of care.
- Maintain effective communication with interdisciplinary teams to meet the needs of patients and staff.
- Empower patients to regain control and independence in their lives.
- Contribute to a patient-centered environment that prioritizes safety and quality care.
Qualifications:
- Current state licensure or certification before the first day of employment is required.
- CPR certification preferred, unless the hospital policy stipulates otherwise.
- Successful completion of a degree from an accredited physical therapy program, and relevant experience.
- Proficiency in physical therapy evaluation and care planning.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with patients and their families.
