Cincinnati Rehabilitation Hospital located at Carver Woods Drive, Blue Ash, OH is opening this Fall 2023. Join our team to work in a beautiful new 3-story hospital with 40 private patient rooms and 2 rehab therapy gyms with cutting-edge technology.

Summary:

The Physical Therapy Assistant treats patients who are experiencing rehabilitation diagnosis or conditions requiring rehabilitation. Assist in patient care to assess their medical condition, functional capabilities and limitations and restrictions and potential for rehabilitation. Administer a treatment program with specific goals determined according to the patients' capacity and tolerance under the direction of the Physician and Physical Therapist. Educate patients and families in appropriate physical therapy methods. Inpatient rehabilitation experience desired.

Qualifications:

Current state licensure as Physical Therapist Assistant
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained from the American Heart Association and/or American Red
Cross

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Detail-oriented, able to meet strict time frames
