We're hiring multiple full-time Physical Therapist Assistants to serve our patients in Safford, AZ.

OVERVIEW
Provides Physical Therapy (PT) Services to patients with physical and/or cognitive dysfunction in their place of residence, including screening and implementation of treatment services as developed by the supervising Physical Therapist (PT). Facilitates the restoration of physical and functional abilities to achieve patient's highest potential for independent living as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Current license as a Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA WA state, required
Home Health experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA, preferred
Current BCLS certification
Current CPR card
Current health certificate/physical examination and TB testing
Valid Driver's license and reliable automobile
Proof of current automobile insurance (MVR checked)
Criminal background check clearance
Must have proof of up to date COVID vaccine, or submit an exemption request to be reviewed/approved prior to hire
