Physician

PRIMARY FUNCTION: Provides comprehensive patient care without hospital call, in accordance with training, experience, and licensure. They will participate as a member of the medical team with the Center. This position will function as an educational resource to patients, the Center, students and the Community.

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:

Board Certified (or Board eligible) Physician (MD or DO); Licensed in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, preferred
Current license to practice medicine in the state of Hawaii
Current Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Certificate
Current Hawaii State Controlled Substance Registration
NPI Registry
Current BLS Healthcare Provider Certification
Knowledge and ability to use an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System (Practice Management Software)
