1. Healthcare Management: Assess and manage residents' health conditions, including chronic diseases and emergencies, providing immediate care when needed.
2. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with care teams, families, and specialists to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for residents.
3. Safety and Support: Implement safety measures, manage medications, and offer emotional support while addressing the unique needs of elderly residents in a residential setting.

Qualifications:

• Active CO license
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organizational and multi-tasking skills
