Plaintiff Litigation Associate Attorney - Complex Litigation
A renowned plaintiff-side litigation firm is on the lookout for a Plaintiff Litigation Associate Attorney to join its dynamic team. This role involves working on complex, high-value cases such as catastrophic injury and mass torts. Responsibilities
- Manage complex plaintiff-side litigation matters from inception to resolution.
- Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, and other documents as needed.
- Engage in depositions, mediations, and prepare for trial.
- Formulate case strategy and conduct extensive legal research.
- Collaborate with experts to create high-value cases.
- Work with team members across various offices on significant litigation projects.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Active and in good standing with the California Bar.
- Experience in plaintiff-side civil litigation is required.
- Familiarity with class action or complex litigation is preferred but not mandatory.
- Exceptional research, writing, and analytical abilities.
- Capable of managing cases independently and collaboratively within a team.
