We are seeking candidates for Powder Coat Painter roles on the 2nd shift. Compensation for these opportunities is $20.00-$23.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience. Interested? Read below!
What you will do as a Powder Coat Painter:

• Set up and run all required powder coat equipment with little or no supervision
• Coordinate racking of finished parts with materials team
• Complete knowledge of material preparation and finishes
• Familiar with project scheduling processes
• Accept and complete jobs in a reasonable amount of time
• Capable of reading and understanding blueprints
• Follow safety and disposal standards
• Make sure all respiratory devices are in proper working order
• Ensure work area is kept clean and orderly
• Keep up to date on new techniques and processes
• Support world class checkout and lean processes

What you need to be a Powder Coat Painter:

• Knowledge of equipment and how to repair / maintain it when needed
• Good communication skills
• Attention to detail and quality orientated a must
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Ability to maintain schedules set by supervisor
• Ability to lift up to 90 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
