Certifications: Board Certified in Family or Internal Medicine
Education: MD/DO
Experience: Experience in a Community Health Center a plus
Average Caseload: 20-25
Patient Population: all ranges, no infants

Hours: 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday

Salary/Benefits:
Pay range: $195k
