In this key role, you will support a diverse range of litigation disputes related to employment processes, including compensation, hiring, promotion, termination, and examining the influences of gender, race, ethnicity, and age within employment practices. Our clients look to us for our analytical skills, expert insights, and the ability to navigate complex employment data. Additionally, you will proactively assist employers by examining employment and contracting practices, monitoring compliance with consent decrees, and implementing systems to track employment practices.
As a Principal, you will:
- Lead advanced empirical and strategic analyses that significantly contribute to client deliverables.
- Share and develop specialized technical expertise that elevates project outcomes.
- Ensure the production of high-quality, error-free client deliverables that effectively integrate insights.
- Manage projects by defining objectives, communicating expectations, and delegating tasks to teams.
- Contribute to thought leadership initiatives through networking and participation in industry groups.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Lead and nurture talented teams with respect and integrity.
- Engage in practice development activities, including mentoring, training, and recruitment.
- Identify and secure new project revenue opportunities.
Desired Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Business Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline, with 5-10 years of relevant experience; or a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a similar field with 8-11 years of experience in economic analysis, preferably in consulting.
- Strong knowledge of statistical methods, regression analysis, and economic methodologies.
- Proficiency in research and quantitative analysis, including advanced programming skills; familiarity with STATA is a plus.
- Analytical thinkers who approach problems creatively and are deeply curious.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Demonstrated initiative, leadership, and team development skills.
