Your Role: A Day in the Life
As the Product Manager spearheading the vision and roadmap for our Client Portal, you will align product strategies with MMA's core objectives while addressing the specific needs of our clients in various regions. Collaborate with senior leaders to gather key insights and prioritize features that enhance client satisfaction and drive business results.
Your expertise in Agile methodologies will guide cross-functional teams in executing high-quality delivery. With a strategic perspective and a deep understanding of the insurance landscape, you will help shape a product that meets the diverse needs of small and mid-sized businesses across multiple lines of business.
In this role, you will:
- Define Product Strategy & Vision: Create an inspiring product vision for the Client Portal that aligns with our mission and strategic goals.
- Develop Product Roadmap: Prioritize features and enhancements based on client needs and market trends while ensuring alignment with regional stakeholder requirements.
- Leverage Insurance Expertise: Utilize your extensive knowledge of the insurance industry to guide product development or collaborate with subject matter experts.
- Foster Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand priorities and engage with delivery teams across engineering, design, marketing, and customer support.
- Guide Feature Development: Collaborate with the Product Owner to articulate the vision and features necessary for effective execution, managing the product backlog to reflect evolving stakeholder feedback.
- Maintain a Strategic Mindset: Balance competing priorities while actively seeking opportunities for innovation and enhancing MMA's service offerings.
Who You Are:
If you have a strong professional background that includes:
- 8+ years in product management, especially in web applications or client portals within insurance or financial services.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- Previous experience in an insurance agency or brokerage.
- A proven track record of delivering impactful digital products that engage clients across varied groups.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as excellent communication to collaborate with stakeholders effectively.
- Familiarity with Agile principles and project management tools (e.g., ADO, JIRA, Trello) and some understanding of web development technologies.
- Experience with data analytics tools to assess product performance.

The salary range for this role is $94,500 to $165,300, determined by factors such as experience and education. In addition to the base salary, performance-based incentives may be available.
