About Us SEM Windows Pty Ltd is a leading aluminium windows and façade solutions provider, partnering with major builders and developers across Australia. We are expanding our NSW operations and are seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to join our team. About the Role As Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing customer service requests, coordinating site service teams, and ensuring timely resolution of issues. You will liaise with clients, internal departments, and subcontractors to maintain excellent service standards. Key Responsibilities Liaise with clients/customers regarding warranty, defects work.Receive and log service requests from clients through various channels (phone, email, online portal, etc.) while maintaining accurate records of service requests.Monitor the progress of service requests and ensure timely completion.Maintain service quality.Provide service quotations.Arrange deliveries.General admin duties.Any other duties as assigned by your manager. About You Previous experience in service coordination and scheduling Strong organisational and communication skills.Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.Computer literacy (Microsoft 365 and service management software experience desirable).A proactive, customer-focused mindset.
