PRP Rehabilitation Specialist - LGPC, LMSW, LCPC, CPRP, CFRP, or LCSW-C

POSITION TITLE: Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program Specialist (LGPC, LMSW, LCPC, CPRP, CFRP, or LCSW-C)
REPORTS TO: PRP Director
DEPARTMENT: Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP)

Employment requirements: A part-time, Contractor licensed LGPC, LMSW, LCPC, CPRP, CFRP, or LCSW-C with relevant work experience.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Responsible for organizing program services and support to ensure that client's needs are being met through strengthening their decision-making skills, personal and professional growth, and navigating resources in the community through the assistance of their Rehabilitation Coordinator

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee the program and implementation of rehabilitation services
Oversee clinical direction of the agency pertaining to COMAR.
Provide ongoing review of charts online and charts located in the office.
Collect monthly staff invoices and program documentation forms, review them for accuracy, and sign them before submitting
Review and sign the client's progress notes, Individual rehabilitation plans, and monthly summary
Educate PRPC on how to provide rehabilitation services that correlate to the goals identified in the individual's IRP
Conduct monthly staff meetings for planning and assessment of staff development
Conduct on-site training and coordinate off-site training when necessary
Assign caseloads to staff
Obtain and maintain client authorizations
Conduct ongoing assessment of staff performance
Reinforce company policies; COMAR and CARF regulatory requirements, and other regulatory agency requirements.
Meet with the program director monthly to present updates, and discuss staff concerns, program concerns, and regulatory concerns.
Attend monthly team meetings
Complete other assigned duties and task

Employment Requirements:

Experience:

At least 2 years of experience in an outpatient setting

Education:

Master's (Required)

Maryland License:

LGPC, LMSW, LCPC, CPRP, CFRP, or LCSW-C (Required)

Pay: $35.00 - $60.00 per hour
