Your Qualifications:

• You must be Oregon licensed with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certification.
• Hold an active DEA license.
• Have experience with adults, children, and adolescents or across the lifespan.
• Skilled in both medication management and psychotherapy.
• Must reside within a commutable distance of the local clinic.
