Compensation: Full-time compensation range $210k-$240k, not including bonuses or incentives. -Compensation plan gives consideration to your years of experience post-residency as well as specialty and sub-specialty board certifications.

The Medical Director will be responsible for all clinical aspects of care at this campus.JOB DESCRIPTION: -Provide psychiatric services to patients, including assessment and evaluation andpsychopharmacological services-Timely and compliant closure of charts-Participate in quality assurance mechanisms and monitoring of the quality of mental health services provided-Supervise and support the overall development, management, and evaluation of the mental health faculty -Participate in high-risk meetings and in investigations by the Incident Review Committee MeetingsQUALIFICATIONS:-New York State license-BE/BC in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry -Cultural competency to serve a diverse patient population-Bilingual Spanish speaking highly considered
