Location: California (Travel Required) Compensation: Up to $250,000+ total annual potential (DOE - base plus commission) (Must reside in Northern CA region)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough onsite property inspections, effectively assessing damages for both residential and commercial claims.
• Evaluate insurance policies to identify relevant coverages and devise strategic claim approaches.
• Prepare and submit meticulous claim documentation, including estimates, photographs, and proofs of loss.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters to attain fair and accurate outcomes for clients.
• Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring clear, proactive, and professional communication throughout the claims process.
• Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and industry experts to support and validate claim findings.

Required Qualifications

• Active California Public Insurance Adjuster license, or the ability to obtain one.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience managing first-party property claims (residential, commercial, or both).
• Proven ability to work professionally with high-profile clients.
• Willingness to travel for site inspections, client meetings, and other necessary assignments.
• Successful completion of a background screening.
