Key Responsibilities:

• Implement physician orders and administer medications while starting IVs and performing treatments, procedures, and special tests, documenting care as per established protocols.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patients' conditions effectively.
• Evaluate patient needs and response to care provided.
• Apply sound nursing judgment in making critical patient care management decisions.
• Provide primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational health issues.
• Administer medications as prescribed, including over-the-counter and prescription drugs.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop effective Plans of Care for all patients.
• Guide and direct ancillary personnel while maintaining high standards of professional nursing practice.
