Putnam County - NP or PA for Primary Care

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Elaya Health is seeking experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (PA's or NP's) for Primary care for a flexible position in a nursing home for 4-6 hrs per day doing primary care. Great work environment, excellent pay and ability to make your own hours.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant Program or Nursing School
6 Months Work Experience
Registered as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in NY State
