Qualified Professional (Registered Nurse) - Part-Time

Pro-Health Care, a leading home care agency located in Columbia Heights, is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to fill a PART-TIME Qualified Professional (QP) position.

Responsibilities:

Schedule and make initial assessments and supervisory visits to oversee the delivery of personal care services
Create and update plan of care to ensure the clients are receiving the appropriate care
Complete and manage client documentation and notes
Provide direct supervision and training of personal care assistants
10-40 hours per week, flexible hours

Qualifications:

A current unrestricted RN license in Minnesota
Prior experience in home care is required
Ability to travel within the Twin Cities metro with a valid driver's license and a reliable personal transportation with current automobile insurance coverage
Experienced in dealing with clients of various cultural backgrounds
Self-motivated and diligent
