Join our team as a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our individual case analysts.

Key Responsibilities:

As a QA Analyst, you will review cases, emails, and recorded calls to evaluate compliance with our standardized process requirements. Your insights will help confirm that activities align with our casework expectations and deliver desired outcomes. You will assess soft skills during phone interactions and communication clarity in emails. Based on your reviews, you will provide concise written analyses along with constructive feedback and coaching recommendations aimed at enhancing performance across the program.

Required Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience OR 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.

  • Experience in following defined processes.

  • Must be a US Citizen.

Candidates who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with CMS's 1095-A.

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, including SharePoint, Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Agile, etc.

  • Experience providing data that supports project decision-making.

  • Previous Federal Government experience.

Compensation Ranges:

Compensation for this position varies based on location, skills, education, certifications, client requirements, and years of experience. The compensation range provided serves as a general guideline and is specific to this role. Monetary compensation is just one component of our comprehensive benefits package.
