Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Benefits

Pay: $15.00 to $17.50/hour, depending on experience

What You'll Do as an RBT

Work with children by creating an environment that champions continued skill acquisition and development of functional communication, peer interactions, and school readiness, just to name a few!
Learn directly from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) how to provide therapy to children and families in need of support.
Review behavior plans and other relevant (e.g., instructional) materials developed by be BCBAs for patients to facilitate consistent implementation and monitor outcomes appropriately.
Complete daily progress notes related to the implementation of the intervention plan.
Learn and grow within the role through a wealth of continued training and education opportunities.
Celebrate victories (both big and small!), help kids and families celebrate milestones, and get more high fives than you've ever thought possible!

Requirements

At least 18 years of age
High School Diploma or Equivalent
