We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrator to join our team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in reception or administrative roles, preferably within the construction sector, and demonstrate a high level of professionalism, initiative, and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
  • Ideally having experience using Xero
  • Monitor and manage the office voicemail/message bank
  • Perform general office administration duties including filing, data entry, and document preparation
  • Maintain stationery supplies and manage photocopier servicing and toner replacement
  • Run general office errands such as banking and post office runs
  • Coordinate top-up orders for Site Supervisors and place admin supply orders through the estimating team
  • Provide administrative support to Supervisors, including
  • Assist with ad hoc duties as required to support the broader operations team
  • Chasing up quote for sub contractors
  • Making sure invoices are paid
