Position Overview

The Regional BCBA Director is a vital mid-level leadership position reporting directly to the State Director. This role includes providing leadership and support to the team of BCBAs in your region, while managing essential operational and administrative responsibilities.

Compensation

Salary potential for full-time Regional Directors is between $95,000-$115,000, along with an achievable bonus structure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Embody the company’s mission and values
  • Implement company policies with respect and efficiency
  • Partner with the training team to enhance mentorship for BCBAs
  • Conduct supervision and ensure thorough documentation
  • Drive clinical and operational initiatives in the region
  • Participate in leadership meetings and state-specific gatherings
  • Ensure high standards of client care and communication with internal teams
  • Support the BCBA team through ongoing training and development
  • Provide case supervision and parent training as needed
  • Participate in community outreach to attract clients and staff

Requirements:

  • Current BCBA certification and state licensure
  • Ability to travel within the region
  • Maintaining Safety Care Specialist status
  • Valid driver’s license and personal transportation

Work Schedule:

This full-time role requires maintaining a balance of billable and non-billable hours, equating to at least 40 hours weekly. This exempt position allows for a rewarding environment where you will support children and families in developing effective therapy plans and interventions.
