Regional Safety Director

Join a dynamic and expanding industrial services organization as a Regional Safety Director, where you will play a crucial role in elevating our safety standards and compliance initiatives. With a competitive base salary ranging from $125,000 to $157,000, you will also enjoy a discretionary bonus, comprehensive benefits, and participation in our ESOP program.

As the Regional Safety Director, you will oversee compliance and safety programs across our sites within the region, ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal EHS regulations. Your mission will be to foster a strong safety culture and guide our team in preventing injuries and accidents.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and deliver engaging safety training and recognition programs tailored to various sites.
• Oversee all safety operations at each location, guaranteeing compliance and providing assistance where necessary.
• Lead initiatives to cultivate a positive safety culture within the organization.
• Ensure strict adherence to DOT regulations.
• Manage a team of 8-10 dedicated individuals, providing leadership and support.

Who You Are:

• You possess a minimum of 5 years of safety management experience.
• Professional certification such as CSP, CIH, CHMM, or PE is highly preferred.
• You have experience managing mobile workforces and fleet safety, ideally in transportation or distribution environments.
• Fluency in Spanish is an added advantage.
