Rubrik is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Director to lead our efforts in securing resilience against cyber threats for companies and government entities. The Regional Sales Director will take charge of sales initiatives targeting Strategics accounts. You will manage and mentor a team of Field Account Executives, drive the discovery and development of new business opportunities, oversee pipeline management, execute account strategies, and facilitate customer expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to enhance Rubrik's competitive position in the territory.

  • Build a robust partner ecosystem and collaborate with focus partners to create new opportunities.

  • Lead and develop a team of sales representatives, overseeing recruitment, training, and performance improvement.

  • Provide hands-on guidance and thought leadership in crafting account strategies.

  • Promote Rubrik's offerings to enterprise prospects, providing strategic insights to your team on effective sales processes and CxO level engagement.

  • Participate in both strategic and tactical planning, acting as a vital member of the Enterprise Management team.

  • Develop and execute action plans to maximize revenue and growth within the region.

  • Ensure accurate forecasting in line with management expectations.

  • Conduct weekly progress meetings with your sales team to drive performance and accountability.

  • Assist in formulating short, medium, and long term plans to accomplish strategic objectives.

  • Regularly engage with senior management and executives to ensure regional goals are met.

  • Influence stakeholders in critical situations to gain acceptance for strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 1-5 years of proven sales management experience with a focus on closing complex enterprise deals.

  • 5+ years of experience utilizing Value Selling Methodologies including MEDDIC.

  • Demonstrated success in a sales-driven environment, particularly in technology-related products and services.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

  • Creative problem-solver with a track record of thriving in fast-paced settings.

  • Strong collaborative skills, excelling as part of a broader sales team.

  • Familiarity with Rubrik's specific domain areas.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience across security, backup, cloud, and datacenter environments.

  • History of closing competitive deals with healthcare organizations.
