About the Role

Join our dynamic team as a Regional Vice President. In this pivotal role, you will cultivate and strengthen relationships with broker/dealer advisors to enhance sales performance in your designated territory. This position offers the opportunity to engage in meetings, seminars, and campaigns, ensuring advisors remain informed about our cutting-edge products and service enhancements. Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales to devise and implement a robust business strategy, identify and nurture top-performing advisors, and facilitate comprehensive product and sales training. A successful candidate will excel in strategic planning and resource management, with a strong emphasis on driving sales growth.

Ideal applicants will hold a Bachelor’s degree along with a minimum of 3 years of sales experience in investments, mutual funds, insurance, or annuities. Proficiency in sales and marketing principles combined with experience in promoting financial products to advisors is essential. We seek a proven track record in territory growth, a strong technological aptitude, and a willingness to travel frequently. Preferred qualifications include a Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) certification, FINRA Series 6 or 7, FINRA Series 63, and a State Insurance License.
