The Opportunity

We're growing and looking for a Registered Architect or Senior Architect ready to take the lead. This role offers the opportunity to run projects end to end-working directly with clients, shaping early design concepts, and seeing projects through to completion.

Our current projects include:

• Early childhood education

• Multi unit residential

• Large commercial

• Storage facilities

• Select residential new builds and renovations

Full time preferred, based in Milton. Flexibility considered for the right candidate.

What You'll Do

• Manage projects from concept through to construction

• Liaise directly with clients and coordinate consultants

• Prepare and oversee planning submissions, building approvals, and construction documentation

• Carry out contract administration (as required)

• Work closely with directors on design and delivery

What We're Looking For

• Strong design and documentation skills across concept, town planning, and building approval stages

• Collaborative, team focused mindset

• Client first approach with the ability to guide clients through the entire process

• Self motivated, proactive, and capable of problem solving independently

• Excellent communication skills

• a mentor junior staff

• Organised, reliable, and aligned with supporting a growing small practice

Bonus Skills

• Understanding of childcare regulations

• Background in interior design

Experience & Requirements

• Minimum 5 years post graduate experience in Australia

• Registered Architect with the Queensland Board of Architects (BOAQ)

• Strong proficiency and hands on experience with ArchiCAD

Salary
