CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Follow ABA theory practice during sessions, as directed by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Perform ABA treatment/interventions as directed by the BCBA
Effectively communicate and efficiently document and bill for treatment performed
Prepares materials for treatment sessions, maintains clinic equipment conditions, and assists in inventory of clinic supplies
Fosters and maintains effective and appropriate professional relationships with teammates, families, and patients
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

Suggested 1 year experience in a therapy facility or related field and/or a student enrolled in a therapy curriculum program
Applied Behavior Analysis Technician experience and training preferred, but not required
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) preferred, but not required
Training and supervision provided to obtain RBT if needed
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and bedside manner
Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility with changes in workload
Proven exceptional customer service and patient care experience
Self-motivated with the drive to exceed patient expectations
