Creations Clinical Services is an in-home behavioral health provider that serves children ages 2-21 diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) using the evidenced-based principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Our team of behavior technicians (RBTs) is one of the most critical people apart of a child and their family's team who share the company's mission and values. You spend the most time ensuring that the child's ABA services are fun, engaging and foster lasting behavior change! Additionally, along with being provided ongoing support by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, you will have the opportunity to provide compassionate and individualized treatment for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders using Applied Behavior Analysis. Responsibilities:

Provide direct behavioral services to clients in individual sessions in their home
Implement ABA strategies to increase skill deficits and decrease behavioral excesses
Assess situations and make proper judgments
Understand behavioral situations and react accordingly in an ethical manner
Objectively analyze crises
Respond quickly to emergencies
Communicate effectively in both oral and written form with a diverse group of clients, parents/caregivers, school personnel, and other agency staff
Collect data and graph as instructed using technology
Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients
Maintain and protect the well-being of all clients during treatment sessions
Attend and complete the following before beginning the job:
A 40-hour training on Applied Behavior Analysis that is based upon the Behavior Analyst Certification Board's Registered Behavioral Technician Competency Assessment, and pass the RBT examination to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Qualifications:

Experience working with children or adults with disabilities (Entry-level persons are encouraged to apply!)
High school diploma
Willingness to learn and implement ABA strategies
Desire to work with children who may display

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree
Six months-1 year experience working with children with disabilities
Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis

Requirements:

Must be willing to work after school hours (between 2 pm-8 pm) as most kiddos go to school

You must have reliable transportation and be ready to travel around your specific geographic region

Must possess compassion

Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

Must be flexible, creative, and willing to learn and grow
