Key Responsibilities:

• Implement physician orders and administer medications in a timely and safe manner.
• Start IVs and perform essential treatments and procedures as per established protocols.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to monitor and assess patient conditions.
• Assess and evaluate patient needs and responses to care, making necessary adjustments.
• Make sound clinical judgments for effective patient care management.
• Provide urgent and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and maintain individualized Plans of Care for patients.
• Guide and support ancillary personnel, upholding professional nursing standards.
