Registered Nurse - Flex Pool

Join our dynamic team as a Registered Nurse, where you will play a critical role in providing direct patient care to inpatients. In this rewarding position, you will assess patients and create personalized care plans that align with their unique needs and goals.

As a key member of our healthcare team, you will supervise the activities of LPN/LVNs, RNTs/CNAs, and other staff during your assigned shifts, ensuring the highest quality of care. You will communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team and promptly report any patient concerns or changes in condition to your supervisor and/or physician.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care and support through assessment and individualized care planning.
• Supervise and guide the activities of nursing and support staff.
• Maintain timely and accurate communication with the healthcare team regarding patient status.

Qualifications:

• Current RN licensure in accordance with state regulations.
• BLS certification required (ACLS preferred); CRRN certification also preferred.

Machines and Equipment Used:

• Proficient in using general office equipment and Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, lower, push, pull, and handle objects weighing a minimum of 30 pounds.
• Visual acuity, speech recognition, and clarity are essential for effective communication.

Skills and Abilities:

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Effective time management, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a detail-oriented environment.
