Salary Range: $68,640.00 - $70,699.20

Hourly Range: $33.00 - $33.99

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in assessing, coordinating, planning, directing, implementing, and managing the needs of your assigned patients throughout their care journey. Your focus will be on ensuring smooth transitions within the acute care setting, particularly as patients progress toward discharge. You will take responsibility for the delivery and coordination of patient care provided by our dedicated caregiving team.

Your role ensures that:

• You deliver competent and compassionate patient care consistently.
• You support patients, their families, and healthcare colleagues in both inpatient and ambulatory settings.
• You adhere to best practices in safeguarding patient information, respecting the sensitive nature of healthcare data.
