Registered Nurse I - Pool Position

As a Registered Nurse, you will be an integral part of the healthcare team, providing direct patient care to inpatients. Your expertise will help assess patient needs, devise personalized care plans, and ensure the highest level of treatment. The following outlines the key responsibilities and qualifications:

• Responsibilities:
1. Evaluate and document patient conditions, tailoring care plans to meet individual goals.
2. Supervise and support the team including LPN/LVNs, RNTs/CNAs, and other staff on your designated unit and shift.
3. Effectively communicate patient information with the interdisciplinary team and promptly address patient concerns or changes in condition to your supervisor or physician.
4. Maintain a safe, collaborative, and inclusive care environment.
• Qualifications:
1. Current RN licensure in accordance with state regulations.
2. BLS certification is required; ACLS certification is preferred.
3. CRRN certification is a plus.
• Skills:
1. Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
2. Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
3. Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
• Physical Requirements:
1. Ability to lift a minimum of 30 pounds and perform patient transfers and repositioning.
• Work Environment:
1. Work in a temperature-controlled, indoor setting that is smoke-free and handicapped accessible.
