Registered Nurse - Patient Care Specialist

In this role, you will provide direct care to inpatients, ensuring that each patient's needs and goals are met through an individualized plan of care.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assessing patients and developing personalized care plans.
• Supervising the activities of LPNs, LVNs, RNTs, CNAs, and other team members on your assigned unit.
• Communicating effectively with the interdisciplinary team regarding patient concerns and changes in condition.

Qualifications:

• Current RN licensure as per state regulations.
• BLS certification is a must (ACLS is preferred).
• CRRN certification is a plus.

Skills Required:

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Strong critical thinking and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, lower, push, pull, and retrieve objects weighing a minimum of 30 pounds.
• Visual acuity and auditory skills for patient interaction.

Work Environment:

• Indoor, smoke-free, and temperature-controlled environment.
• Adheres to a dress code including wearing an ID badge.
• May work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
