Schedule Details: Nights (8 and 12 hour shifts) with every third weekend rotation and holiday rotation

Unit Overview: Join our 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit, where you'll provide care for a diverse patient population, including:
- Post-operative craniotomies, spinal surgeries, and stroke patients
- Exposure to cutting-edge neurosurgical techniques

- Deliver and coordinate comprehensive, evidence-based patient care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and compassionate care
- Apply clinical judgment and support optimal patient outcomes
- Enhance patient experience throughout the continuum of care

Responsibilities Include:

Licensure & Certification Required:
- Active RN license in the state of practice
- BLS for Healthcare Providers certification
Education & Experience Required:
- Completion of an accredited nursing program
- 1 year of clinical nursing experience preferred
Skills Needed:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Proficient computer skills and ability to manage electronic records
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and pushing/pulling
- Potential exposure to hazardous materials, requiring protective equipment
