Schedule Details:
- Self-Scheduled
- 3rd Shift: 7 PM - 7 AM
- FTE: 0.9 (12-hour shifts)
- 2 Mondays & 2 Fridays every 6 weeks
- 1 Weekend each 6 weeks
- 2 Holidays (1 Summer & 1 Winter)
- RNs receive training in ACLS, NIH, IV Ultrasound, and charge RN cross-training.

What You'll Do:
- Float between Med/Surg, Telemetry, ED Boarding, and ICU support units.
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative environment.
- Adapt to different workflows while maintaining clinical excellence.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum 18 months of Med/Surg or Telemetry RN experience (2 years preferred).
- Flexibility: Ability to meet shift requirements outlined in the schedule.
Training & Skills:
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) training.
- NIHSS (Stroke Scale) training.
- IV Ultrasound training.
- Charge Nurse cross-training for leadership skill development.

Licenses & Certifications:
Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification are required.
