The Ideal Rehabilitation Nursing Technician:
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with your training and skills.
- Assist RNs or LPNs with various patient-care tasks.
- Understand each patient’s physical, mental, and emotional needs to support their recovery.
- Foster meaningful relationships with patients and colleagues.
- Take advantage of opportunities to learn, grow, and advance your skills and career.
Required Certifications and Licensures:
- Current CPR Certification is mandatory.
- Preferred: One or more years of experience in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital setting.
- Preferred: Experience with medically complex and sub-acute rehab patients.
- Preferred: State-issued C.N.S. or L.N.A. (or similar) license.
