Your Role as a Rehabilitation Nursing Technician:

• Deliver hands-on patient care tailored to your training and competencies.
• Assist RNs or LPNs with essential patient-care tasks.
• Understand and attend to the physical, mental, and emotional needs of each patient.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and fellow team members.
• Participate in ongoing learning and skill development that fosters career growth.

Qualifications:

• Current CPR Certification is required.
• Experience in an inpatient rehabilitation setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with medically complex patients is advantageous.
• A state-issued C.N.S. or L.N.A. license is preferred.
