Our Inside Sales Agents handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers about their insurance needs. You will convert those leads into satisfied policyholders by matching them with the right insurance coverages, products, and benefits.

You will excel in this role if you are:

Position Details:

  • Begin your paid training in a supportive remote environment.
  • Attend training sessions lasting 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.
  • Receive comprehensive medical benefits from day one.
  • Handle only warm leads with no cold calling involved.
  • Work a schedule that includes 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, starting mid-morning (e.g., 11 am - 8 pm CST) for at least a year before shift consideration.
  • Computer equipment provided; maintain a professional workspace with high-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload).

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-specific experience required.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills with both prospects and customers.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient with typing and PC operations.
  • Property and Casualty License is required post-hire.
