Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough cleanings of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
• Sanitize bathrooms and kitchens to maintain a hygienic environment.
• Handle detailed move-in and move-out cleaning services, including interior window and cabinet cleaning.
• Assist in organizing and decluttering areas as requested by clients.
• Effectively manage time to complete tasks within designated hours.
• Communicate proactively with clients to understand their specific cleaning requirements.
• Maintain and care for all cleaning tools and equipment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and best practices during all cleaning activities.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages identified during cleaning to management.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in residential cleaning is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Possess a complete set of professional-grade cleaning tools and equipment.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
• Excellent time management skills and reliable work ethic.
• Physical capability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and bending.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred but not required.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to utilize company platforms for scheduling, payroll, and job assignments.
• Must be open to background checks as required.
