SUMMARY

As the Restaurant Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in managing daily operations at Moe's Southwest Grill, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience. You will lead and develop shift leaders and team members while optimizing profits through our Sterling Systems.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage all areas of the restaurant to enhance guest satisfaction and ensure increased profitability.

GUEST SERVICE:

• Achieve 100% guest satisfaction in Quality, Service & Cleanliness. If we fall short, take necessary actions to convert the dissatisfied guest into a loyal patron.

PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT:

• Guide team members on operational procedures - we do things the Moe's Way!
• Maintain an ongoing staffing plan and follow the 4 steps of staffing. Interview and hire prospective employees.
• Facilitate team member development through continuous feedback and performance reviews to meet established performance goals.
