As a Co-Manager, you will:

• Engage actively in store processes and procedures to surpass financial goals.

• Implement daily, weekly, and yearly merchandising plans for the seasonal department.

Starting salary range: $70,000 to $75,000 plus annual bonuses.

• Previous experience in big-box retail management is essential.
