Retail Co-Manager - Inspiring Leadership Opportunity

As a Co-Manager, you will work alongside the Store Manager to provide operational excellence at your location. In this role, you will:

• Provide operational leadership: Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive day-to-day operations and uphold store standards.
• Enhance merchandising: Utilize your skills to ensure a visually appealing shopping environment that encourages customer engagement.
• Mentor team members: Inspire and guide new and existing Hobby Lobby team members to achieve their potential.

Starting salary range: $67,000 to $70,000 plus annual bonus.
