Job Overview:

As a Retail Merchandising Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining optimal product stock levels.
• Displaying merchandise correctly, ensuring effective signage and favorable shelf placement.
• Executing plan-o-grams, stocking, facing, and rotating products as per manufacturer guidelines (previous experience is essential).
• Building and nurturing professional relationships with store management.
• Willingness to work on diverse reset projects such as grocery, cosmetic, and hair care resets.

This role requires travel within at least a 40-mile radius of a specified zip code and attendance at multiple retail locations, thus reliable transportation is necessary.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience with resets is mandatory.
• Familiarity with planograms or schematics is essential.
