OVERVIEW:

As a Retail Sales Team Member, you will passionately contribute to delivering an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. Your eagerness to assist, extensive product knowledge, and high standards for brand execution will set you apart.

• Welcome every customer and proactively identify their needs to enhance their shopping journey.

• Maintain our merchandising and presentation standards by adhering to guidelines for floor sets, signage, price changes, and inventory replenishment.

• Promote and drive participation in company programs such as customer loyalty, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment.

• Follow established policies and procedures to ensure safety, loss prevention, and operational excellence while safeguarding company information.

• Foster an inclusive shopping environment where all teammates and customers feel respected, welcomed, and safe.

• Adopt a collaborative approach to support all areas of the store as needed.

• Complete additional tasks as directed by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Preference for candidates with prior experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashiering.

• Physical ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift items weighing 15 to 35 lbs. repeatedly (up to 25 times per hour).

• Willingness to stand or walk for extended periods (up to 4 hours). Capability to work at heights greater than 4 feet using ladders or aerial lifts.

• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short durations (up to 2 hours continuously).
