Job Overview: As a Retail Store Manager, you will lead by example and inspire your team to connect customers with their world. You will oversee all store operations, including hiring, scheduling, training, marketing, asset prevention, and team leadership. You will be the primary contact for store employees.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and provide feedback on employee interactions with customers to enhance development and training.
- Assist with customer-related issues to improve their experience with T-Mobile.
- Own your store's success by taking charge of employee needs, leadership, staffing, and other operational functions.
- Drive operational excellence by tracking sales and inventory and implementing new programs.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Hire passionate employees who want to build lasting customer relationships.
- Support your team through training, mentoring, and encouraging behaviors that lead to customer loyalty.
- Lead by staying informed about the latest products and best practices.
- Create an inclusive environment and support team initiatives.
- Ensure that your store meets monthly performance goals.
- Drive sales and manage store expenses to achieve financial results.
- Celebrate your team's successes and manage their performance with personalized plans.
The Experience You'll Bring:
- 2 years of wireless retail experience, preferably in high volume.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills (Required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Required)
- Store Management experience (Required)
- Understanding of Store Operations (Required)
- Customer Service expertise (Required)
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of management experience in retail sales (Required)
- 2-4 years of sales and sales management experience (Required)
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- High School Diploma or GED
